After a tip from OJS I found a crystal clear "The new home of CBS Sports Radio, WASB Brockport-Rochester. Team 1590 and team1590.com" on September 13, 2013. The email from Brian McGlynn ( N2KDT / VA3KDT) has a lot of useful information:
"Our company has recently purchased WASB 1590, and has invested in improvements in the nighttime pattern (which had not been properly used for more than a decade).    We also invested in some new audio processing equipment to keep our modulation much more dense and taking advantage of a full -97/+125% modulation."
