I heard WAEL Radio 600 AM for the first time on October 2, 2005 - a great weekend for DX at Smøla. I had given up receiving a verification, but a reminder last night gave me this pleasant surprise this morning!Things have happened to this station since I heard them, allow me to quote mr. Luis Pirallo: "Esa frecuencia hace casi tres años pertenece a otra compañia (Univision). Las nuevas siglas (call letters) son W Y E L. Nosotros seguimos operando una estacion de radio FM (WAEL FM) en la frecuencia de 96.1 mhz."
