August 3 was a great day for hearing South Americans, and one of the new stations was Concepto AM surfacing on 1050 kHz, where both SODRE and LV27 Radio San Francisco are far more common. The station has a web page at www.conceptoam.com.arMy QSL #100 from Latin America in 2009!
