WXEX Exeter NH 1540

Last night there were several alerts about increasing conditions for reception of North American stations, and at 2101 UTC I could hear an ID for long time wanted WXEX. At 0618 EST today I got a very nice email from Steve Thomas: "Good Morning Arnstein and yes sir……that’s our Legal ID I picked up in your audio file.  Well done sir!

To answer your question, our power at 4:01PM Eastern Standard Time would be 2,500 watts (Critical Hours power from 2:30 to 4:30PM in the month of January) and then we take a huge step down to night power after that."
