April 8, 2009, gave pretty good conditions to the Dominican Republic, and one of the new stations I heard was HIAK Radio Impacto from Santo Domingo. Quite a surprise on 1440, but has been heard quite often during the summer.Thanks to Jim Solatie for v/s information and to Andres Serrano for confirming my reception.
HIAK is also heard identifying Radio Impactante.
