Another great logging during fantastic conditions at Kalvøya on 7 September 2007 was Radio Ciudad de Flandes, heard with a nice signal on 1450 around 01 UTC. To my surprise I found something interesting in my inbox today - a Sunday - from Elkin Suàrez (locutor-productor), who sent me a very nice email entitled "AGRADECIMIENTO POR RECEPCION DE RADIO CIUDAD DE FLANDES-COLOMBIA".This was my 7th QSL from Latin America this week.
