In just 36 minutes Evan Yeoman replied to my email report with an email confirming my reception. The station was heard on 14 October 2007 (KONG17) with a nice ID at 0900 UTC: “Serving Eastern Oregon 24/7. KBKR Baker City, KLBM La Grande. Talk Radio”. Thank you, Evan!
