There is always a reason for celebrating - HJdoblek was my QSL no. 100 from Latin America in 2012!
I found a station ID today on a recording from the excellent day of September 12, 2012, and I just received an email from William Adolfo Sabi Ticora with a brief confirmation of my reception.

HJOM Fuego AM, Cartagena 1090
Fuego AM was heard with a nice signal on September 12, 2012, which was a great day for hearing Latin Americans - so far I have discovered 10 new ones.
Today I received an email from Hernan de Arco, director, regarding this reception, and this way he also gave me my QSL no. 900 from Latin America!

BBC Radio Nottingham, Clipstone 1584
BBC Radio Nottingham was heard with a weak signal under BBC Hereford & Worcester on September 10, 2012.
BBC Radio Merseyside, Wallasey 1485
Actually checking for Europeans at 04 UTC on September 10 I heard BBC Radio Merseyside on 1485. I'm not sure what happened, but I guess I was looking for a few quick wins :-) Haven't heard them since May 1982 - on FM 95.8.
I sent my reception report by email early Wednesday morning, and only two days later - on Friday - I found a letter from Liverpool in my mail box! It wasn't even sent by air mail, so in this case snail mail was almost just as fast as email :-)

HJLQ Radio Minuto, Barranquilla 1520
In the morning of September 2, 2012 I noticed a strong signal from HJCB Radio El Sol, Barranquilla, on 1550. This made me check the band for other stations from Barranquilla, and yes - I found a few new ones:
- 1190 HJCT La Voz de la Costa
- 1490 HJAY Radio Vida Nueva
- 1520 HJLQ Radio Minuto

Radio Popular, Bilbao 900
I check 900 kHz most mornings, hoping to hear anything else but YVMD Radio Venezuela "Mara Ritmo", Maracaibo. This is an interesting frequency, with this Venezuelan frequently heard. If not Venezuela it's Radio Progreso from Cuba. Or XEW during winther. But I have also heard HJEY La Voz de Cali a few times, and OBX4X Radio Felicidad once. September 10, 2012, I noticed strong signals from Spain and United Kingdom at 04 UTC, and to my surprise Radio Popular de Bilbao - Herri Irratia - was heard.
A nice email from Leire Argandoña confirmed my reception.

BBC Radio Cornwall, Redruth 630
I heard BBC Radio Cornwall on August 30, 2011 - a few weeks after NRK left the frequency. And even if I haven't collected European QSLs for decades, I couldn't resist sending them a reception report. Thanks to Martin Bailie for the QSL!
